The Summerset House is expansive. It can accommodate up to 20 people all under one roof. It is located only steps away from the shoreline of Sunset Lake and has a small sandy beach as well. It includes 3 1/2 bathrooms, a garage, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a patio, and large upper deck. Sleeping quarters include 6 bedrooms, 1 open bunk room , and a sleeper sofa. The renovated mid-level deck offers breathtaking views of the lake and is a great place to congregate. The property includes 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, a swim raft, picnic tables, and a firepit right on the shore. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Bedding is included with this property. Towels are not included. No pets or smoking allowed.

Summary: Good location on the chain of lakes. Enjoyed our bay area, we had 8 grandchildren under 8 years old and the beach/ pier area was great for all. Used paddle boards and kayaks extensively. House worked perfectly with kids room secluded in the basement and TV and bunk beds for them. Nice kitchen layout and liked the picnic tables on the deck where we ate most of our meals. Use of garage was nice and lawn area worked well for yard games. We'll pleased overall.
