Our home has been elegantly renovated to keep its charm and character while providing every modern amenity. It is thoughtfully furnished and decorated to inspire and help relax. The outdoor patio, garden, firepit, and grill, provide a good place to spend time.
The house is centrally-located in Logan. A few blocks from Utah State University, 1 block from a park, multiple bus stops within a 1 - 3 min walk, 2 blocks from a grocery store, close to downtown and Logan canyon.
The bottom level of the home consists of an entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen with butler pantry, one bedroom (queen bed), mudroom, and a full bathroom with a claw-foot tub. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom off of the primary bedroom (king bed). The home has high ceilings and a steeper staircase leading to the upper floor.
Guests will have full access to the main and upper floors. The home has a low-ceiling (6 feet) basement that gives access to laundry, utilities, and storage. You will have access to the basement for use of the laundry, but the storage will not be available for guest use.
