A playground for both children and adults alike, the private community of Monarch cove has a large playground, swim dock, and seven private fishing docks for guest use. The cottage is located directly across the road from West Lake, and is within walking distance of Pike's Point Public Beach.
The property is 1100 sq ft, has two queen bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main floor, a large dormer bedroom with 2 twin beds upstairs, a small kitchen and multiple living areas. The large front deck is worth the price of admission itself. It’s FABULOUS!

Summary: Owner's were prompt in answering questions and made you feel right at home. It was a family friendly setting close to the park for kids. The kitchen is small but was perfect what we needed it for. We will definitely rent again next year!
