This is the Main House with 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths on 1.6 acres of ocean waterfront. You will also have exclusive access to the bunk house. There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment above the garage that is not included. I may stay there from time to time as my wife and I also enjoy the coast.
