Our holiday home "Casa Luis" was completely renovated and refurbished in 2016. The modern, open kitchen-living room contains everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner or to spend cozy hours with friends. Little guests are also catered for. Children's crockery and high chair are available. Baby bed on request.
The four bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1x 180, 2x 160 and 1x 140cm). Two bedrooms share a bathroom, the other two bedrooms have some bathrooms (shower / toilet). The bedroom with the French bed (140cm) can be reached via a separate entrance - ideal for larger children, visitors, nanny or au pair. The modern bathrooms (with shower) have natural light.
In the garden there are two dining areas (in front of the house and behind the house), so that you can enjoy the sun and shade all day long, as you like.
"Casa Luis" has underfloor heating and air conditioning as well as the fastest internet connection on the island (fiberglass cable, 300 MB). There is a safe for your valuables.
Here you immediately feel at home. The modern and cozy furnishings, the uniquely good location in Portals Nous and the surrounding area, the proximity to Palma and many excursion destinations on the island make our holiday home a particularly attractive place.
5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Puerto Portals. The exclusive marina of Puerto Portals with its top restaurants and shops can also be reached in a few minutes' walk (5-10 minutes). Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser, bank as well as numerous other shops and taxi rank in the immediate vicinity. You can hardly live more centrally and yet so quietly and privately.
The connection is simply ideal: to Palma, to various golf courses (Bendinat Golf, Son Muntaner Golf, Son Quint Golf, Son Vida Golf, Andratx Golf) and to idyllic villages (e.g. Calvià) and the Tramuntana Mountains (for hiking or cycling) are only a few minutes by car.
The two beaches of Puerto Portals are practically on the doorstep and can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Our house is wonderful for vacationing, golfing, hiking, eating well, shopping and relaxing!
The house has its own garage.
It only takes a short 20 minutes from the airport to our holiday home.
Access for guests:
Our holiday home is exclusively occupied by the guests. Overnight guests 7+ are not allowed. Parties and parties must be approved by the homeowner / manager.
Furnishing:
Completely new equipment in our house with bed linen, towels, washing machine, dryer, WiFi (fiberglass cable, 300 MB), TV, microwave, extensive kitchen utensils. For children there are children's dishes and a high chair. Bath towels are also provided. A hair dryer is NOT available.
