COMPLETELY renovated December 2021! BRAND NEW: Kitchen, both full bathrooms, paint, the couch with a pull-out bed, 65in Roku TV in the living room, and an amazing view from the 2nd floor in Summit! This will be one of the nicest condos in all of Snowshoe, so you do not want to miss it! Book your stay and enjoy this beautiful renovation along with the view and the deer guest who visit every day! Only a 5-minute walk to the slopes!

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1,100sqft, main level on Summit (2nd floor), completed renovated November 2021, and so many personal touches included to make your life easy, so you can relax and enjoy your mountain condo stay. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, guest bed 1 has a full bed, guest bed 2 has 2 bunk beds, and a pullout mattress in the living room. Can sleep 10 comfortably! Includes a grill and a quarter machine with deer food!

An electronic keypad at the front door where you can let yourself in! You will receive the code the day before your stay.

I am available by text, email, or phone during your stay. We do have a local maintenance man if there are any issues during your stay.

Now please note, there is an additional fee of $50 per person per night if a guest is not reported within the reservation. Please make sure you report all guests within your reservation for your stay. Also note, the owner will be held harmless in the event of inclement weather or property amenities not working as they both may not always work in our favor and cannot be controlled. Thank you!

Summary: The host was amazingly responsive with any questions and was super friendly. The views at this place were absolutely gorgeous with the fall leaves. It was a great buddy's trip as we played golf at The Raven. Lost a lot of golf balls, but gained a lot of memories! Thanks so much for a memorable trip!
