Come enjoy your stay in the spacious, newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a separate entrance. Close to Red Rocks and only a couple blocks from the RTD Light-rail station on the W line.

The space

The newly remodeled 1,100sqft basement apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a living/dining space. The master bedroom has a small living space and a dedicated workspace.

While there is no kitchen, there is a microwave, mini-fridge, water cooler, and a coffee/tea station.

Outside the apartment is a laundry room that is free for guests to use. This is a shared space with the owners.

We also have a large and beautiful fenced-in backyard with a firepit. Our dogs do go out into the yard but can be put away at any time.

Guests are able to park in front of the house. The entrance to the apartment is in the back, so guests will enter through the gate to the right of the house.

Guests will have access to a lockbox with a key, so you can come and go as you please.

Summary: Came in from out of town for some shows at Red Rocks. The verbo is a short drive to the venue. Great place to stay with a small group of friends. The place was stocked with tea, coffee, oatmeal, toiletries, etc. Nice backyard to hangout in during the day. Great place to stay!
