Relax & unwind alone, or with your family in our cozy home! Fast WiFi Fully stocked coffee bar. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the Dayton Airport, and 14 minutes to downtown Dayton. 11 minutes to Rose Music Center. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and Metroparks bike trail at the end of our street. Pets are welcomed for an additional fee PER PET. Unique quirks about our little home: the ceiling coming down the steps is lower, and the bathroom is a jack-and-jill.

Visitors only with host approval. Any damages or missing things will result in necessary charges. Pets are not allowed on any furniture please. Accidents and damage from pets will result an additional $200 damage fee. We use a black light after check out for pet accidents of all carpeting. Summary: This home was perfect for me. I just had ankle surgery 2 months ago and the steps were like therapy. Overall great location and everything was just what I needed. Will come back!!!!!!
