Fully equipped kitchen, freshly renovated full bath and washer/dryer on main floor, with a pull-through style driveway that makes parking with trailers and boats very easy. Large bedroom on main floor with queen bed, one upstairs bedroom with full bed, and another one with twin beds. The living room has a Roku TV and a queen size pullout bed so the home can comfortably sleep 8!
The backyard has a fire pit and space for playing and lounging ~ croquet provided. Enjoy some S’mores on us!
During your stay you will be walking distance to downtown Pequot Lakes' many unique shops and restaurants, Paul Bunyan Trail, a boat launch, and more! Breezy Point, numerous golf courses, and Pillsbury State Forest are just a short drive away. The home is also just two blocks from Sibley Lake, which boasts a small park with grills, covered picnic pavilion, and a fishing dock. Ideal location for family gatherings, girls weekends, and cycling or snow mobiling trips!
If you are at all familiar with Minnesota in the winter months, it may be necessary to clear a small amount of snow in front of the door. A shovel and ice melt will also be provided!
