This fabulous totally redone 4 BR, 2 BA home features fenced rear yard with patio, garden shed, alley access & lovely landscaping. The custom kitchen includes all stainless appliances with natural gas cooking, ceramic tile backsplash, open shelving, center island with stools and wet bar with wine cooler. You'll fall in love from the moment you enter this home with beautiful wood floors, living room, dining room, first floor bathroom with claw foot tub/shower, and laundry room. Natural gas heat with central air conditioning. The 2nd floor is also well done and includes fixed stairs to finished 3rd floor.
