This cozy Mediterranean south facing house is located in the quiet coastal town of Cala Pi, just minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Pi.
It has several terraces, including a roof terrace with sea views and the opportunity to sunbathe undisturbed. In the garden, the lovely holiday house offers a small pool with pool terrace and barbecue. The house has been carefully restored by its owners and is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
On the ground floor the house offers a living-dining area with large dining table and direct access to the pool terrace, a modern open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom en suite and also access to the terrace.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with double bed, and a shower room. From one of the bedrooms, guests have direct access to a small terrace or to the rooftop terrace. From the other bedroom an external staircase leads to the Mediterranean garden.
From the location of the holiday home the environment can be well explored on foot or by bike. Along the coast, and always with views of the sea, you can go to the famous natural beach Es Trenc.
Various restaurants and two small supermarkets are located just 1.5 km away. So everything is within walking distance and after an extensive visit to the restaurant you can return to the house without using a car. Nevertheless, we recommend a rental car.
