Many types of local and migratory marine birds as well as harbor seals, and whales, during their migration seasons, can be easily seen from this home. Direct beach access from a path in front of the home, although somewhat steep. (Hand rope is provided for your safety). Fully stocked kitchen with eating space at the table and bar, all appliances including washer and dryer. TV/DVD in living room which also has a queen sleeper sofa. Bedroom also has a TV and has views from the north facing window of the ocean below. Convenient parking in garage.
