Relax on the covered deck of this top floor condo while enjoying direct views of the ocean or, off to the left, a view of the Folly Pier. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo will accommodate up to 8 guest. With a well stocked kitchen you will enjoy the open floor plan where you can see out over the dining and living room area. The living room is nicely decorated with plenty of seating and a TV that comes with HBO Max and STARS channels. Off the Living room is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two offers a queen bed, TV, Ceiling fine and a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and a private bathroom. This beautiful condo is steps away from Center Street where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. An elevator is available for this complex. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building, which includes the elevator.
