Relax on the deck and enjoy the ocean views, breezes, and sounds. Inside provides a great, open layout in the living and kitchen area. Kitchen upgrades include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are wood floors in the living areas, ceramic tile in the bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy the flat-screen TV in the living area along with a TV in each bedroom! Located just 9 miles from Historic Downtown Charleston, Folly Beach is an ideal location for your next vacation getaway! The Master Bedroom has a king bed, private large Master Bathroom, and deck access. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is another full bath in the hallway. Pavilion Watch is a great community just across the street from the beach and has a community pool, hot tub, and elevator. Guests enjoy pool access from April through October. It is also just a block from Center Street and all the shops and restaurants of Folly ~ Fantastic Location!! An elevator is available for this complex. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building, which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
