After 5 years of restoration the pasture gate is open to family new friends and mystic vibrations. Located on 5 acres of towering "Live" Spanish white oaks, water oaks, pin oaks, red oaks and ancient mulberry trees surround the compound and enlighten your senses to something special. The Scronce family was one of the first settlers here in Lincolnton county digging the first well around 1885. Pulling in off of Hog Hill Rd (Yes we have hogs on the hill) through the private pasture gate your engulfed in ancient oak trees with flashes of color, a tapestry of shade and sunlight mixed in with the breeze from where no one knows where it came from nor knows where it goes.
