Interior
This villa has an area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to 8 persons. There are four bedrooms furnished with a total of one double bed and six single beds. The independent kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster. The villa has two bathrooms with a bathtub and one bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, the accommodation offers the following facilities: a garden, garden furniture, fenced parcel, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet, central heating, air-conditioning in the whole house, a private swimming pool, open-air car parking (2 places), and a satellite TV (English).
Surroundings
Jávea is an authentic fishing town located on Spain's Costa Blanca, in the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula, 100 km from Valencia (north) and 90 km from Alicante (south). The beautiful beaches of Javea's 25-km-long coastline are mainly of stone and gravel. For example, the beaches of "Gravel" and "Cala Blanca" are perfect for water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing and jet-skiing. The small bays of Portitxol and Tang with their gravel beaches are ideal for diving and snorkeling. El Arenal is the sandy beach of Javea, and in addition to bars and restaurants, you will also find facilities such as a playground for children, volleyball fields and jet-ski and boat rentals. For sports lovers there is plenty to do. In and around Javea you will find several golf courses: Club de Golf (9 holes) and La Sella (18 holes). Or you can play tennis on one of the tennis courts of Javea. For water sports fans there are also many possibilities. For example, you can rent a boat or go sailing. In Javea there are also several diving clubs and schools. Near El Arenal beach you can rent jet-skis, water-skis and boats.
