## Space
My comfortable 3-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and is the perfect base when visiting Madrid. It is located in a calm yet centric area, close to the park and to the main transport links, so you can have a relaxing and pleasant stay and also be able to enjoy the best of vibrant Madrid.
After a day exploring the city, there is nothing better than relaxing on the super comfortable sofa and chill out with the TV or get a hold to a book. With gorgeous large windows and plenty of natural light, you will enjoy every moment you spend here and will be able to feel just like home. Next to the living room you will find a small dining area where you can have wonderful breakfasts and meals with friends and family.
The open plan space includes a wonderful kitchen with a cozy design and all the amenities you may need. If cooking is your thing, then you will love spending time here, as its a fully equipped kitchen for you to elaborate your best recipes.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with fresh luxury linens - what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? There is a lot of storage space, so you can unpack your luggage and start feeling at home right away and you will definitely appreciate the modern en-suite bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms have two comfortable single beds each, and are fitted with fresh linens and comfortable mattresses.
Freshen up in the lovely second bathroom - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided!
Please take into account that my property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
## Access
Guest have access to the whole apartment. It is paramount to respect the neighbours.

## Neighbourhood
You are going to love the location of the apartment. Located at the city centre, you will be able to experience and enjoy all the activities this city offers.
My apartment is located next to one of the most tourist places of Madrid: "Parque del Retiro".
This park is a green oasis in the heart of the city. In it, you’ll find all kinds of interesting monuments and gardens, including: Jardín de Vivaces, Jardines de Cecilio Rodríguez (Andalusian-inspired gardens), Jardines del Arquitecto Herrero Palacios, the Rosaleda Rose Garden and the Parterre Francés. This park also offers culture, leisure and sport to locals and visitors. Its most important architectural and historical features include: the Large Lake that offers several activities to enjoy with friends and family.
In 30 minute-walk, you have The Prado Museum. The Prado Museum has been described as a museum of painters not of paintings, given that its artists are represented in a superlative manner with, for example, the largest holdings of Bosch, Titian, El Greco, Rubens, Velázquez and Goya, some numbering more than 100 works.
Next to El Prado Museum, you have The Thyssen Museum. This is the 3rd largest museum in Madrid. Together with the Prado and the Reina Sofía - the two other major art museums in the capital - it forms part of "el Triángulo del Arte", or, the Golden Triangle of Art. You are going to love them!
In 20 minutes, you have the majestic "Puerta de Alcalá". It is one of Madrid's symbols and it is one of the most well-known monuments. It is now classified as a National Monument. It is a Neo-classical granite monument in the Plaza de la Independencia square. You can not miss it!
Next to my apartment, you will find plenty of supermarkets and stores. Also, there are a great variety of Spanish restaurants and bars so you will be able to enjoy the Spanish gastronomy.
The neighbourhood is extremely safe and with a vibrant atmosphere that will allow you to have an incredible experience in Madrid.
## Transit
The closest tube station is Ibiza Tube Station. This station connects you to L9.
You also have quite close Sainz de Baranda Tube Station. Here you can take L6 and L9.
The best way to arrive to the airport from my apartment is to take a train at Ibiza Tube Station. Here take L9 until Colombia stops. Here, change to L8 that will take you directly to the airport.
