This singular house that presides over the entrance to the upper part of the neighborhood, was also Getxo Town Hall for 22 years (from 1838 to 1860), headquarters of the Fishermen\'s Guild and Pilotage School for the Lemanes sailors. It has even been the scene of several films, the most notorious \"Un poco de Chocolate\".
