Beautifully updated in every way, this three-bedroom, three-bath villa is the epitome of luxury meets comfort! Located in the charming West Hyde Park section of the renowned Kingston Plantation, this unit has everything you need and want. The living room is tastefully decorated and completely serene and opens onto the porch. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table and you can see directly into the kitchen through the counter height bar. This kitchen is a work of art, completely remodeled in soothing grays and crisp whites, it has all stainless steel appliances and is totally stocked with cooking items and kitchen utensils. All three bedrooms have comfortable king beds and are attractively done. The master bedroom has an elegant ensuite with double vanities and modern fixtures. The first guest room has access to the updated hall bath and the second guest room has an ensuite all its own. The private back porch has a delightful view of Lake Arrowhead and the lush surroundings of Kingston Plantation and all its wonderful wildlife!

Summary: Kingston is a truly great resort. We had a great timeOverall. Our unit had very nice features like the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had and a very nice kitchen. Plenty of room. The overall cleanliness was not good. For the amount we paid to stay here, I would expect a spotless place. The floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes at all times. Under couches and beds looked like they had never been moved to clean the floors. We had cockroaches inside and they were reported. Nobody was able to come spray while we were there. The deck was so dirty it was unusable. I would have never stayed here for that price had I known it would be so dirty. I did report this all to management who said they would make sure that housekeeping took better care of it in future.
