Spacious accommodation, magnificent views, close to all you require for a great holiday.
THE ACCOMMODATION - consists of a spacious lounge and dining area. The room is furnished with two comfortable sofas as well as a day bed the quickly converts into two single beds. There is a large screen tv offering channels in many languages. The dining table extends for larger families too. There is direct access to the L shaped balcony which wraps around the corner of the building. The balcony has all day sun and is furnished with two tables and various chairs for al fresco dining as well as recliner type chairs for enjoying a book or the fabulous sea views.
There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (2m long). It has fitted wardrobes and direct access to the balcony. The bedroom is served by a bathroom with bath and shower over.
The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. A third bed or cot can be added if required. No additional charge. This bedroom is served by a shower room with walk in shower.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for those who prefer to cater for themselves. It has electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwashing machine, coffee machine (filter type), toaster, juicer etc. etc. I also provide and ironing board, iron and hairdryer.
The pool and garden are always well maintained.
POOL OPEN ALL YEAR.
Two lifts serve the apartment and parking is available if required - no charge. Please note during July and August the parking can not be guaranteed.
Finally - for those who require mobility scooters there is a hire shop just 5 minutes away and in the car park of the building we have a designated charging point for the scooters.

AC/Heating is provided via a pay meter in the apartment. Used responsibly it is economical to use. Cost 0.40 cents per hour.
THE LOCATION.
The property is close to all you require for a relaxing stay. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. The high street shopping is a 5 minute walk away. There are many restaurants, bistros and cafes within a 2 minute walk too, and of course there is the 8 Km Paseo Maritimo and all it has to offer passing in front of the apartment.
AIRPORT TRSNSFER.
Transfer from the airport is quick and economical on the train. Trains leave the airport every 20 minutes, journey time is 25 minutes and the cost is approx. €3.50 per person. The walk from the station to the apartment is a short 7 minutes over level ground, being located at sea level there are no hills to climb with the luggage. I will provide a train timetable during the booking process.

Local taxis which are always available in front of the arrivals hall. Cost is approx €40 per car maximum 4 passengers. Larger taxis are available but you will need to request one from the taxi drivers on arrival.
