As you walk in, you will immediately find thoughtful and tasteful decor, a 60" television w/a Harmon Kardon Bluetooth sound that you can also connect your device to. We offer a beautiful natural stack stone accent wall with an electric fireplace for ambiance and relaxation.
Stroll into the kitchen, where you find a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances from Bosch, Miele, and Liebherr. We have quartz countertops, a double oven, an additional air-fryer oven, marble Crate & Barrel French Kitchen countertop accessories, bakeware, and an otherwise fully equipped kitchen, complete with basic spices and cooking essentials. Take time to gaze out the full-size window to the large fenced and tree-laced private backyard from the intimate dining table or while cooking. Enjoy the lovely high-end espresso machine or just a nice cup of coffee.
Dine al-fresco or enjoy a cocktail in the backyard under the pergola, or just lounge in the fully fenced private backyard with ample seating, a fire pit, and a gas barbecue. Please let us know if the gas is low, we do not monitor the tanks.
The first bedroom features an updated spin on nostalgia. Relax in the antique iron double bed with a high-quality full-size mattress and room-darkening curtains.
The second bedroom offers another double bed with a Purple Plus mattress and room-darkening curtains. We also provide a portable crib and a full-size crib, and a queen air mattress. Guests utilizing these items are responsible for set-up and take-down as well as clean-up. All extra linens are stored in the hallway nook or room closets.
A few things to note: We do not have on-site laundry but can swap out towels for stays lasting more than five days. There is an attached mother-in-law apartment with a private entry where a graduate student resides, but she does not have access to the private home you will rent and does not use the private yard. She is rarely at the apartment when the home is booked.
