If you want to use the central heating, this will be charged on site at € 15.00 per day. It can only be booked for the duration of the entire stay. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the grill, fireplace and soapstone stove. If our administration is to take over this cleaning, € 20.00 will be charged per fireplace. We would like to point out that the garage is not part of the rental agreement. The electrical devices in the house are in constant use and are subject to normal wear and tear. Should a unit such as B. the washing machine, stove, pool pump, generator etc. should fail, the administrator must be informed immediately. The tenant grants the landlord a period of 3 working days to restore functionality. During this time, the lessee has no claim to a rent reduction or other replacement.
