The apartment is distributed in a spacious bedroom with a double bed, two closets, a television and a large windows to access the terrace. A renovated bathroom with shower, a storage cabinet where the washing machine is located. The well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, a small side table, etc.) has a sliding door that opens to the living-dining room equipped with its dining room set, a folding double bed, television and windows to access to the beautiful covered and furnished terrace with table and chairs, with the views of a quiet one-way street and the garden of the residence.
The rental has double glazed windows and wooden shutters. To complete the comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, bed linen (sheets and shower towels), dvd, safety box, vacuum and fans. As optional service to be requested in advance is a private parking space in a neighboring residence for 12 euros/day, although on the street in front of the residence the places are free (painted white).
The apartment is on the second floor with elevator in a well-kept family residence with a small garden at the entrance, many flowerpots, an interior patio with showers when you return from the beach and a bicycle rack.
The residence is 250 meters from Capellans Beach, a wide sandy beach with showers, sun loungers, beach bars, playground, Wi-Fi, and from where its possible to access directly to Camí de Ronda, a pedestrian path that connects all the beaches and coves of Salou and their water activities. Also close to the residence is Avenida Carlos Buigas, the main commercial area of Salou with various shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, lounge bars, game rooms, etc., and bus stops to access the cities of La Pineda, Cambrils, Reus, Tarragona and even Barcelona. Just a few minutes away by car, bus or tourist train is the PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park.
