Summary: The overall stay was ok, facilities are limited as no spa for ladies, but only for Male, which makes 0 sense. We stayed at the royal suite, and even though Room service experience was terrible - we had coffee orders delivered for 45 min, while food others were always missing items or wrong. Many thanks to reception stuff and Olga (guest relations) for trying to make our stay better.
