This is an absolutely charming villa set in a tranquil location in the countryside at the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. The villa is hidden away but still within a short 10 minute drive to the old town of Pollensa, with its excellent selection of restaurants & weekly Sunday market, renowned for its fresh local produce. And, for golf enthusiasts, the 9 hole Pollensa golf course is only a 5 minute drive away. All on one level, the property is extremely well furnished and well equipped and has a lovely covered porch at the front of the house with a long wooden Mallorcan table making it a perfect place for meals outdoors. If you like cooking in the open air, there is also a large separate covered barbecue area. The gardens are well tended, full of colour with bougainvillaea, almond and olive trees. There is even a table tennis table for children and adults to enjoy alike!
Upon entering the villa, there is a spacious lounge dinning with a nice seating area with a fireplace, beamed ceilings and doors to terrace. One step up to fully quipped kitchen and a utlity room. The slepping area comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and an en suite double bedroom. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
