Summary: We stayed at this property, as a family of 10, for a week in July 2025. The location was phenomenal - central to all tourist areas in LA, easy to get to, etc. We had 2 vehicles with us - parking in the driveway was so convenient. The house was spacious and well equipped for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with any kitchen tool, dish, equipment you could think of for making meals t home. Josh provided towels, soap, toilet paper, all of the essentials, so that you felt at home right away. I loved the fact that there was laundry on site, we used the washer/dryer throughout our trip. The beds were so comfortable - phenomenal. Josh checked in on us a few times throughout the trip via text, just making sure we had everything we needed, asking if we had any questions, etc. The few times I did have questions, he was super prompt in replying. Overall an amazing stay, I would highly recommend booking this property.
