jacuzzi will be cleaned and empty for guests to fill of they decide to use to keep it from turning green between guests check in/outs, it is fully functional, takes 6hours to heat up before use. guests just need to turn it on) firepit area, gas grill only, basketball hoop and pool table, game boards.
--PARKING: 3 car spaces in driveway. additional 1car on street parking(4cars max). Garage is off limits to guests. We don't allow trailers or trailer homes due to community regulations. please don't park next to speed sign, our neighbors park there. thank you.

-NO smoking of any kind in the front of our home or inside. removal of smell of smoke inside the home is $60 fee.
smoking ONLY allowed by firepit & buds must be thrown away in the tin provided.
-BBQ GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill themselves after their use. if found to need to be cleaned the fee my maids charge to clean it will be charged to the guest.
-ABSOLUTELY NO CHARCOAL in the grill. it clogs the air vents for propane & stops functioning. if grill needs to be replaced because of charcoal use, then guests will be charged full price to replace for new one.
-inflatable jacuzzi is FREE and can be used, fits 4 people and takes 6 hours to heat up.
-PET FEE must be paid prior to check in date. we provide food, bowls, treats and dog poop bags, dog crate. $50 per pet for your stay & does not cover cost of damages caused by pets. (see pet rules)
- PET RULES: pets must stay downstairs in the tiled area or outside only. pets are NOT allowed upstairs, bedrooms or on furniture. if guests are away, pets must be in their cages. No exceptions. no matter how well trained a pet is, pets are animals and follow their instincts. thank you.
- TRASH DAY: MONDAY... please be sure to gather all your trash & take the trash bins out to the curb SUNDAY NIGHT. (trash day is MONDAY 7am).
-check out is 11AM sharp unless a host has approved a later check out for you (must request 24hrs in advance).
CHECK OUT. if maids have found the house to be excessively dirty beyond what a normal guests would leave it. the additional cost will be charged to the guest for the additional time for the maids to clean.
