This end of terrace property is perfect for a small family on holiday. On entering you have a spacious front garden area to relax or sunbathe or to enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner. The living room seats 5 comfortably and has air conditioning, FREE WIFI and full UK TV channels. The kitchen is fully fitted to cater for all your holiday requirements. The master double bedroom has built-in wardrobes. There are 2 other bedrooms, one a double bed and the other bunk beds. There is a large shower room as well. What makes this home stand out is the huge solarium. There is a great area to relax with the sofa's seating 8 as well as table and chairs for 4. You can also sunbathe on sun loungers too, simply perfect! There is a large communal pool for the complex a minutes walk away. We suggest hiring a car to get around but all amenities are very close, only a few minutes away, Beaches, Shopping, Entertainment just about anything you could think of.
This rental home is centrally located to all amenities. As located by Punta Prima, you are within a few minutes by car to just about anything you could imagine. The Zenia BLVD shopping centre, the largest outdoor shopping centre in Europe is nearby. In Punta Prima you have shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Beaches, well how many can you visit as within just a few minutes you can choose from over five Blue Flag beaches. You can understand why this is the perfect location for a family on holiday!
For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall featuring all of the high street shops and considered to be the largest in Europe. It is only a 5-minute drive away, catch a taxi or use the local bus service!
