Summary: Several pros and cons. I'll start with the pros since that's a shorter list. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Great backyard area. Very spacious home and plenty of areas to hang out in or do work. The a/c and heat system works great. The did have toilet paper and paper towels there too which was really nice. It was available last second for us. Decently priced but you also get what you pay for. In saying that, here's our cons.... The biggest con and shock about this place is 3 days after we left, Janice had the audacity to accuse us of stealing towels!! Not because she had a count and knew the number missing but because there was "empty space" in her linen closet. This experience was truly unreal. We literally asked if she wanted us to replace coffee creamer we used and she thinks we stole towels. Mind you, her towels are all old, half had stains and did not smell freshly clean. We tried washing them but the washer smelled horrible and the dryer tore up some of our bras. Kitchen lighting is blue and not enough lighting in any area except for downstairs basement. The entire house is outdated except for the basement. Please be careful on the second step on the stairs because the wood seems broken and my mother in law almost fell off of it. There's also broken tiles all throughout the house so please be careful if walking barefoot. Some of them are covered with rugs. There are 2 Alexas in the home but they say they don't use them. There's also a lot of glass and statues throughout the house so you need to be careful everywhere to make sure you don't damage anything. They do require a property damage protection and they give u two choices, one that's nonrefundable and one insane amount that is. Master bedroom lights turn on with alexa and alexa didn't work more than half the time bc it said it wasn't connected. Master shower has rust all throughout and the water turns cold every several minutes. Didn't receive check in instructions until 10 minutes after scheduled check in time day of. They wanted to meet us at the home to check in and go over their home but we couldn't make it at that time so they sent us a LONG list of information to assist us and caution us. She also wanted us to check out 11a even tho the listing says 12p. We decided to never stay there again and when she accused us of stealing her towels 3 days after we checked out, that was the icing on the cake.
