Summary: Everything was perfect, staff, room, etc. The one thing that stood out and will keep me from staying again is the lack of microwave in the room. I travel with my dog and if I have to leave the room to warm up food for him or for myself, he barks and I don’t want to annoy the other guests, even though he usually stops within 45- 60 seconds. The refrigerator is quite small and difficult for me, a lady of 70 to bend down and locate the temperature setting. The refrigerator was barely cool, I threw out the food I had hoped to store. It would have been kept cooler out in the car, where temperatures were around 29 degrees. But those are mechanical features, not to be confused with the care and dedication your staff provided to me.
