Welcome to Maple Street Cottage! A newly remodeled residence in downtown Sparta, TN. We welcome guests and their pets to explore all the area has to offer while visiting the charming little town. The Upper Cumberland has over a dozen waterfalls to visit and four state parks (Fall Creek Falls, Burgess Falls, Rock Island and Virgin Falls) are within a 45 minute drive from the cottage.
The house features a wide porch perfect for drinking coffee and enjoying the weather. The cottage is over 100 years old and has been newly remodeled to offer guests all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay while keeping the charm and character of a beautiful historic property. Guests will be greeted with a spacious living room with fire place, a king and queen bed, two bathrooms, a full kitchen open to the dining room featuring a large farmhouse table and a laundry room with a ping pong table and dart game. The outdoor area is fully fenced and welcomes guests to enjoy a fire pit, corn hole game, outside dining table, and a lounge deck.
