This luxurious and fully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly built apartment complex on the Costa Blanca. It accommodates up to four adults and two children. The house was built in 2013.
The open living room with dining area is furnished with a smart TV (ex. TV Flanders), a CD and a DVD player, hi-fi equipment, wireless internet access and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa that accommodates up to two children. The open spaced kitchen, which is accessible from the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a nespresso machine, a coffee maker and a kettle. The apartment offers two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink. The second bedroom is furnished with two 90x200 cm single beds, which can be combined to make a 180x200 cm double bed. Both bedrooms are furnished with built-in closets. The second bathroom also offers a shower, a toilet and as sink. A blow dryer, a hair straightener and a safe are also available. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units with warm/cold settings. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron and a vacuum cleaner. Towels, bedding, dish towels and even beach towels are provided free of charge.
The apartment comes with a large patio of about 30m2, which is furnished with a lounge set and a dining table for six. You can access the community pool, Jacuzzi, children's swimming pool and play area, miniature golf and fitness area, from the patio. From April first through November first, a lifeguard is on duty. Two bicycles, which can be used free of charge, as well as sun loungers, a sun shade and a cooler, which you can take to the beach, are available. There are two parking spaces at the central parking area of the complex. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Pets and groups of teenagers are also not welcome.
The apartment is located about a ten minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Torrevieja and about 45 minutes from the airport in Alicante. Different beaches can be found at a distance of about five kilometres and the shopping centre la Zenia Boulevard is about two kilometres from the apartment. The cosy Villamartin Plaza with bars, restaurants and a grocery store is close by. The tourist attractions of Alicante, Murcia und Cartagena can be reached within less than a 45 minute drive. Are you a golfer? The golf courts Villamartin and Compoamor are only a stone's throw from the apartment. There is a bus that services the surrounding areas and the beach, but we recommend hiring a car. In a nutshell: this is the perfect place for a gorgeous holiday in the sun.
