Anyone standing on the street in front of the wooden entrance door will hardly be able to imagine the incredible views that await them behind it.
Meter-high glass fronts and two terraces bring the Tramuntana mountains up close and place the surrounding area of Búger at your feet. In the comfortable sun loungers on the roof you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama in private, swim into the green in the 5 m x 3 m salt water pool with a waterfall or, on very hot days, retreat to the loggia, which provides shade as a glass top. On the lower terrace, the jacuzzi and gas grill await you for hours of enjoyment in the evening light.
The olive tree in the living loft, large-format pictures and a variety of light sources are further eye-catchers. The two floors are designed to be airy and open, with a gallery and continuous window fronts that connect inside and outside, above and below, into a harmonious unit.
Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth even in the slightly cooler season.
