Completed in 2023, this very modern fully air-conditioned villa in the mountains of El Ràfol d'Almúnia offers a relaxed atmosphere with fantastic mountain views. The infinity pool (8 x 4 x 1.6 meters) with spacious terrace with barbecue area offers pure relaxation and tranquillity. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the view to the sea.
The ground floor living area is open plan, with a living area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. An LED TV with soundbar & streaming TV provides entertainment in the evening.
The dining area with large table is right next to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, oven, induction hob and microwave.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom/children's room with 2 single beds and small desk.
Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with ground level shower, toilet and sink. As well as the utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs is another bedroom with double bed, with attached bathroom with shower and toilet. From the upper floor you have access to the roof terrace with sea view.
The entire house has a central air conditioning system that cools in summer and heats in winter. Additionally, there is underfloor heating.

The villa is located at the highest point of the Urbanització L'Almunia, a settlement of holiday homes in the mountains above Pego and El Ràfol d'Almúnia. Due to the altitude, there are fantastic views of the mountains of the Serra de Segària. Down in the valley you can see the town of Pego, where at night the lights look like a collection of glittering diamonds. On the other side, the view down to the Costa Blanca with the blue sea.
