Summary: I traveled 8 hours to meet my daughter halfway to drop my granddaughter off to her. We arrive right at 3 (left home at 4 am to get there at check-in so we could spend the day swimming) the pool was like an ice bath. Extremely cold for an indoor pool. The heater was broken. The first room we were in had a leak in the toilet and soaked my clothes that were on the floor while I showered. They moved us to a second room the had a horrible cigarette smell to it. The front desk moved us to a third room and told me to call her and left her know if the room was ok and when I went to call, the phone in the room didn’t work. Highly upset that I paid what I did for one night and wasn’t able to spend the day at the pool swimming.
