Summary: We booked here because of the free airport shuttle, and while arriving late (11:45) we were still in the pick up zone but were not picked up. The front desk guy said ‘it went straight to voicemail, you should probably just get an Uber’ This cost us an additional $25 which was even more frustrating because as we were waiting for the Uber we saw the holiday in shuttle cruise right past us.
