2 Bedroom Apartment in Solana del Matorral, Morro Jable
Beautiful house, very spacious, with wonderful views of the ocean, the lighthouse and the Jandía beach, with a huge sunny terrace for most of the day and a private pool for the exclusive use of our guests. The apartment also has two bedrooms, a spacious living room and a very well-equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and everything you may need to cook. There is also at the back of the apartment a shaded patio which can be used to safely and cleanly store bicycles, surfboards, etc.
The orientation of the terrace is south-southeast, so the sun illuminates the terrace from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. This orientation makes it fantastic for sunbathing. Likewise, the terrace has awnings and a large table in case you want to have meals or work with your laptop in the open air and enjoy the views and the wonderful climate of Fuerteventura that we have throughout the year.
The internet is fiber optic, so it is high-speed (around 400 Mbps, both upload and download), a speed that is usually more than enough for most of the teleworking and teleconferencing needs.
The apartment is for the private use and enjoyment of our guests, including the pool, there are no common areas on the property. However, there is a closed room, which is not available to guests at the moment as there are personal belongings of the owners that guests cannot access. The washer machine and the dryer are in the kitchen, so they are also for the private use of the guests.
Included in the price is a weekly cleaning of 3 hours and the necessary maintenance of the pool. The time for its completion will be agreed between the parties.
We tend to be flexible with the check-in and check-out hours of the apartment whenever possible, but it must be agreed in advance. Please ask us about it. Check-ins after 9:00 p.m. will have an extra cost of €50 to be paid at the time of arrival.
