Summary: My experience at this accommodation was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who provided me with the key without any issues, which I appreciate. However, once inside, the contactless key did not work, so I had to ask about it while I had the chance. Fortunately, the key also included a physical option, which allowed me to access the room.
I booked a single room, which was quite small but very clean. The main issue was the heating—it never worked, which was a serious inconvenience given that I visited in winter, and Salamanca can be extremely cold during this season. I contacted the support number for assistance, but I never received a response.
The next morning, I woke up to find that the radiator was leaking water. Additionally, there was another radiator next to the bed (likely because there was a window that didn’t close properly, letting in cold air), but this one didn’t work either. I wrote again to report the issue, but to my disappointment, I was completely ignored.
While the location and price are good, the lack of assistance and the malfunctioning heating made my stay an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not consider staying here again.

Summary: Honestly there was no kitchen or anything, but I haven’t found a room with a bathroom this cheap ever again so it’s a good deal. Room is small but it’s a hostel so don’t expect to much.
