Summary: Hotel is spectacular! Unfortunately I am not able to give a 5 star review as my check in took over an hour. There was only one guest service agent with 10 guests waiting. Not sure why, and he was doing his best. It was 23:30 and everyone was exhausted. The hotel itself was clean beautiful and great location across from the beach.
