Summary: I booked family of 4 but my son had to leave Mallorca so only 3 people - 2 rooms for $700+ per room. They didn’t offer to take the extra breakfast or make a sandwich to take out.The service staff was lacking- wasn’t friendly, not helpful or warm vibes. - room didn’t have “patio” as advertised - 2 rooms very dark even I requested a bright/light room. Very depressed room. - the spa had no water in the sunken room to relax -the front manager/general manager wasn’t present when we had issues about the bill… no response or communication. Breakfast was very good and housekeeper was clean. Otherwise Portella is overpriced what you get.
