Summary: Friendly staff, comfortable, quiet room with a decent sized fridge, excellent aircon even on very hot days, good eating options nearby. If you have a car, I suggest going directly to the nearby "Cervantes Parking" unless you have lots of baggage to offload. You'll get a discount coupon for the parking at checkout time.
