La casa de encuentra en Cudeiro, a escasos dos km de la ciudad de Ourense y perfectamente comunicada por 2 líneas de autobús que la unen con el centro cada 15 minutos.
Se accede hasta la propia finca en coche, pudiendo dejarlo aparcado dentro de la propiedad. Por estar en una carretera secundaria es una zona muy tranquila, casi sin tráfico rodado ideal para descansar

La construcción se ha realizado en el año 2023, con excelentes aislamientos y potente calefacción de estufa de pellets y aire acondicionado. Para los más románticos también cuenta con una cocina de leña tanto para cocinar como para calentaros. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, horno y pequeños electrodomésticos. Comunicado con la cocina está el amplio comedor y el salón con TV, internet y sofás de piel transformable en cama. El baño está amueblado en madera de castaño autóctono hechos artesanalmente a medida.
Tiene dos habitaciones dobles, la primera y más amplia en tonos verdes y dorados dispone de una cama de 160cm de ancho. La segunda habitación, aunque pequeñita es súper acogedora con su cama 135, ambas muy luminosas
