Air conditioning scheduled from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.If you are looking for a place to disconnect from daily stress and enjoy the tranquillity, comfort, and charm of Mallorca, Font 41 is the perfect villa.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
