Summary: The room was not ready when we arrived even though we arrived two hours after check in, we were given the key and upon entering the room realised that it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We were given a complimentary drink and when it was ready we were short a bed for our group so had to go back to reception to get this sorted, which it was, the room was very small for 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 13) to keep this in mind when booking as I was going expecting it to be a little bigger from the angle of the photographs on website! Very busy hotel and not enough loungers at pool area, staff were pleasant overall and the breakfast is very varied and caters for all needs. Overall a pleasant holiday
