Summary: Lovely hotel great selection of food in the restaurant and location was superb. Staff on reception need to be more helpful and not so disinterested as there were a couple of issues within our group with the room where water had leaked in due to heavy rain and towels had been left on the floor. Also the balcony door in my room had a broken lock, but that was fixed immediately. Room cleaned every day. If the staff on reception could be more sympathetic and understanding then this would have improved my rating.
