Summary: Check in was complicated since we were request to submit the information 3 times online and when a same email is used the reservation system creates errors hence was more difficult the entire process. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, but she was there only in regular working hours after she leaves No one answers phone calls or messages after 6 pm. Hotel was in a great location.
