Summary: 施設の古さ等は感じますが、チェックイン時もチェックアウト時も、受付スタッフの対応はフレンドリーで、とても好感が持てました。深夜便でのJFK空港着ということで、深夜2時頃のチェックインでしたが、とてもスムーズに対応してもらいました。明け方に廊下で騒々しかったりはしましたが、スタッフの好感と利用客層は別の話ですので、総合的に良い評価です。 Although the facilities are a little old, the reception staff were friendly and helpful both at check-in and check-out. I arrived at JFK Airport on a late-night flight, so I checked in around 2 a.m., but the process was smooth. There was some noise in the hallways at dawn, but the friendliness of the staff and the clientele are separate issues, so overall, this is a good rating.
