Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Juliasol is a charming villa located in the countryside by the outskirts of Moraira overlooking the traditional vineyards of Moscatel wine and the beautiful hillside. The villa enjoys pleasant proximity from the coastal town of Moraira less than 5 Min. drive where some of the most refined beaches can be found together with a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. To top things up, we find Tennis courts and a Mini Golf close by, perfect for a fun and holiday experience for families and couples.
We enter through a drive offering parking for 2 cars leading us up towards the villa and its terrace. The exterior of the villa is located on the bottom floor of the villa where we get presented with a charming private fenced swimming pool surrounded by balustrades, a sunbed, and a BBQ area, and the garage.
From the pool area, stairs lead up towards the entire accommodation of the villa. We enter towards a sun-filled glassed balcony from where we can enjoy the views while having the morning breakfast. The balcony flows towards a spacious and bright living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD+A/C and a fully equipped kitchen. We follow into 2 twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and 2 bathrooms with bathtub. All bedrooms with A/C. The holiday experience that you will get from your stay will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot.
