Positive: Great location in the vibrant Russafa very near to the Mercat de Russafa. Very accommodating host. Decent sized sofa bed in the living room and a comfy double bed in a seperate bedroom. There is a spacious shower en-suite and a seperate sink and toilet. Two small balcony’s facing the street and a third outdoor area off the kitchen with the washing machine and space to hang clothes and small table and chairs. We stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was great. Note for summer time stays the apartment does not get midday sun in the living room and this makes it much more comfortable in the heat, the air conditioning is also great. There are restaurants on the street below but this add to the atmosphere. The host provides earplugs also. Its easy to get to Malvarrosa beach by catching the 92 or 19 bus from the Gran via del Marques del Turía it takes about 30 minutes. The apartment is about 10 to 20 min walk to the Mercat central and the main shopping area and the plaza de la reina. We also recommend the El carmen area for one evening for food and nightlife it is close to the plaza de la reina but is very reasonably priced to get an Uber from the apartment to El Carmen for under €10.
