The Neighborhood:
When you stay with us, you are really downtown. We are right in the middle of the City Center Partnership’s Business Improvement District, which means you can park your car and never need it again for your entire stay. You also have the benefit of Columbia’s cleanest and safest hospitality district, courtesy of our famous Yellow Shirts who provide guest information and courtesy rides within the 28-block area. Visit restaurants like Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse and Hampton Street Vineyard. Take in an independent film at The Nick, or walk one block to South Carolina’s most prominent art museum. And all this says nothing of two of downtown’s most amazing events: a morning market every Saturday and a street music and art event every first Thursday.
Getting Around:
You won’t even need a car to get around the Main Street District what with everything being so close by and rideshares being easy to find. Still, if you prefer to drive yourself, this opens you up to even more possibilities. There is also a bus stop right across the street from the property, and the Amtrak station is only a mile and a half from your front door.
